1. Introduction

By registering an account with www.yabby-ca.net (“the Website”), you contract with North Star Entertainment Ltd. (“the Company”) and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy.

2. Player Eligibility

  • The maximum bet allowed while a bonus is active is $5.00 CAD.
  • Bonus abuse (e.g., delay of game rounds, strategic play to circumvent terms) will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

  • The Company maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards inappropriate play and fraudulent activity.

7. Termination of Account

  • You may close your account at any time by contacting support.
  • The Company reserves the right to close or suspend your account at its absolute discretion, without prior notice, in the event of a breach of these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability
